ALMA Consulting Group

Specific skills: ALMA Consulting Group is specialised in

• (i) the setting up and the coordination of European projects with an experience of more than 250 proposals under FP5 in all technical areas covered by the thematic programmes,
• (ii) the administrative and financial management with an experience of more than 100 European projects. ALMA currently ensures the administrative, financial and contractual management of 14 STREPs from the FP6. The 45 consultants of the department are all engineers and/or PhD holders with complementary training in marketing, technology transfer and project management.

Research interest and role in the project :Day-to-day support to the Coordinator for the management of the project (including more particularly administrative and financial management activities, animation of the consortium, communication policy between and in-between participants, maintenance of the intra-consortium website).
