Specific skills: ISAS has more than twenty years experience with GD? OES and MS sources for analytical purposes. Different glow discharge sources were developed at ISAS and used for bulk and in-depth-profiling analysis. Much knowledge is available for the construction of such sources and their interfacing to mass spectrometers.  ISAS also has developed software for instrumental control, data acquisition and data evaluation.

Research interest and role in the project :Expertise in GD-MS development, lamp design, chemometrics, data handling and quantification for depth profiling.
